Why This Project Existed

The client lacked a unified digital system to manage bookings, drivers, and operations. Existing workflows were manual, fragmented, and difficult to scale, leading to delays, miscommunication, and poor user experience for both customers and drivers.

Website and vehicle booking

The customer-facing website allows users to easily book vehicles based on distance and time. Clear pricing, vehicle details, and a guided booking flow ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Driver Mobile App

Driver dashboard & Booking assignment

The driver app was designed for ease of use in real-world driving conditions. Large touch targets, clear statuses, and guided flows help drivers manage trips, attendance, and vehicle checks efficiently.

Admin Panel

Admin & Operations Dashboard

The admin panel provides complete control over bookings, drivers, and vehicles. It enables efficient monitoring, assignment, and reporting to support operational scalability.
